Turpaz Industries Acquires Carotex's Operations

Turpaz Industries acquired Polish flavor and fragrance company Carotex, strengthening its position in Europe.WHO: Carotex, founded in 1989, operates in the field of flavors and fragrances in Poland. In the fragrances segment, Carotex develops, manufactures, and markets fragrances for the personal care, cosmetics, toiletries, air care, and detergent industries. Carotex, which employs 31 people, has a broad customer base across Europe, particularly in Poland.Turpaz Industries Ltd. is an international company that develops, manufactures, and markets flavors, fragrances, and specialty fine ingredients, with a focus on natural, innovative, and high-value-added products for the food, beverage, perfumery, and personal care industries. The company develops, produces, markets, and sells products to more than 3,500 customers in over 65 countries worldwide, continuing to expand its global presence in key markets across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East.WHY: The deal strengthens Turpaz's position in the flavor and fragrance sector in Europe.IN THEIR OWN WORDS: Karen Cohen Khazon, Chairperson and CEO of Turpaz, stated, "We are pleased to welcome Carotex to the Turpaz group.
